2. Once you decide on a group to join, become an active member so others will get to know you. Meeting someone once is just the beginning. You want to cultivate deeper relationships.
3. Arrive early to each meeting and leave time to talk to people after the meeting has concluded. Networking occurs before and after the meeting.
4. Be prepared to help others if you want help from others. Your openness is felt and will be appreciated.
5. Listen more and talk less. Ask people questions and get them talking about themselves and their business. Find out what they are struggling with or what they are celebrating.
6. If you exchange business cards with someone, write down the date of the meeting and what the event was on the back of the card. Jot down a couple of notes about what you talked about so you can refer to your conversation when you contact that person again.
7. Write a personal note to those you meet and add them to your mailing list or contact management system or spreadsheet. To keep the connection mail them an update, tip, or article once in a while.
8. Set some goals for the networking event. Who do you want to meet? How many contacts would you like to make? What did you want to learn?
9. Identify the movers and the shakers in the group. These are the people who know everyone else and can introduce you to others.
10. People are not really part of your network until you have a relationship with them. Some of those you meet you will want to stay connected with through email or regular mail. Others you will want to make an appointment with and talk to them via phone or in person.

How Promoting Your Network Marketing Business Too Much Will Hurt You
Are you trying to make more money for yourself and your team OR would you rather see more money and attention brought to the company you are promoting?
If you spend the majority of your time talking about or promoting the actual company you represent instead of YOURSELF and an effective system, what is the message you are actually portraying to your prospects?
It is this:
'This company is so great - the products sell themselves, the compensation plan is killer, the founders have the biggest heart, and on and on, but getting you in my company is what I'm trying to do here'
In essence, you are simply a glorified sales rep and not a true independent marketer, doing it this way.
This brings up questions like: If the products sell themselves, why does your company need you? If the comp plan is the best, then why are there people in other networking companies making more than people in your company? If this is such a great opportunity, then why do you need to track people down to tell them all about how great it really is? Why do so many networkers talk more about their company and products than they do their own children?
The deal is, your company does need you because you bring in the key component that they may not be able to achieve on their own - which is relationships and creative marketers.
Getting back to the main point here:
* Instead of spending so much time promoting and building up a company you represent, wouldn't it be a better business decision to promote and build up YOURSELF more and an effective system for success?
What if you switched gears and instead of attracting and linking people to your network marketing company; you attracted and linked people to YOU, and then had the power to control where you direct and lead those people?
Something that happens quite a bit in this business is companies that up and close all of a sudden or get raided by the FDA or the Government, or have a financial crisis, or change the comp plan, etc.
Just the same is the fact that your prospects now have many great network marketing companies and products to choose from and can be much more selective about who they deal with in their decision of those companies.
What this means to you is that if you are not attracting people to you FIRST, an an effective system for success, people have no real reason to join in business with you specifically.
What do you have to offer that any other rep doesn't have?
So, let me give an example here. Say you have a prospect who you are trying to get as a rep in your business:
You paint this awesome picture of your company (all the benefits and features) to your prospect and try to get them involved.
Well, they decide for whatever reason, that they do not want to become a rep with your company and they move on.
You have just lost your chance with that prospect because all you had to offer them was your opportunity and nothing more. They will not come back to you unless they decide they want to join that particular company, and even then they might find a crossline rep they like more than you and join with them. They have no other use for you, and you have no more attractiveness to them.
Now, what about this:
Contrast this by attracting people to you FIRST (by positioning yourself as an expert in your field) and giving them something of value (such as a free informational generic newsletter, Ebook, webinar, etc.) and then directing them to the course that is best for them including your primary business.
Doing it this way can allow you to be attractive to prospects at all times, and even if they don't join you in your primary business, they are still connected with you and not just sold on your company. They trust you and consider you more of a help than of a annoying sales rep who thinks their particular company is the best thing out there.
It's very easy to find network marketers who are in love with their company and spend all of their time praising their company and it's products, conventions, and all of that stuff.
However, it's rare when you find someone who attracts people to them first through correct positioning, and is able to more effectively help prospects above and beyond their business opportunity.
Sure we should be proud to represent the company we are with, but they are not the be all end all. They are merely a means to an end. If you are a true independent marketer, you don't have to rely so much on driving every person to your primary company because you are bringing people to you first, an effective system for success. Then you have the chance to help them much more than just getting them in your business opportunity. You have much more to offer.
Not only that, but regular network marketers are a dime a dozen. People don't want to work with the average Joe networker. Why would they, anyway (the statistics of the masses are terrible)?
People want to deal with someone who they can trust and someone who can give them more information than just the typical sales pitch of their particular company that every other rep is also using. I mean, most everyone says their particular company is the best, their 'system' is the best, yada, yada. Who really cares? Prospects have heard it all before. They want results and they want someone who is different and who gives before they get.
You are either independently unique, or you are simply following the followers.

Nose is very delicate and vascular part of our body. So you may have bloody nose if you have any trauma to your face. Bleeding from nose is also called as Epistaxis. There are various causes of nose bleed. Nose bleed is common in dry and winter season as nasal membrane dry out in such weather.
Typically, nose bleeds start in the front of the nasal septum or at the very back of the nose cavity. The causes of nose bleeds can frequently be associated with dry nostrils, as the septum becomes crusty and is then prone to bleeding.
Extreme heat sometimes causes nose bleeding. While it is not possible to move about only where there is air conditioning or practical to carry an air conditioner on your back, you may keep the fact that extreme heat is an agent of nose bleeding and not be too alarmed about it.
The first step to preventing nosebleeds if you are susceptible is to check the environment of your home and office. Check the humidity in the rooms where you normally stay, and if it is very low, raise it a bit. Also, using heaters in the home produce a very dry heat, which can trigger nosebleeds. Keep the heat down.
Typically, nose bleeds start in the front of the nasal septum or at the very back of the nose cavity. The causes of nose bleeds can frequently be associated with dry nostrils, as the septum becomes crusty and is then prone to bleeding.
In acute rhinitis, the nasal mucous membrane becomes congested, swollen and edematous. This quickly subsides, and the membrane returns to normal. After repeated attacks, particularly in cases which originate as a result of chronic sinusitis, this swelling becomes obstinate, and causes a chronic catarrh.
Even high blood pressure or bending down can cause enough pressure to break a vessel inside the nose. Smoking cigarettes can dry and crack the nose lining, and taking medications that thin the blood can cause severe nose bleeds.
The nosebleed only last for a few minutes and by that time you need to find a way to stop it. Those that have epistaxiophobia will have problems with this. If you have the fear of nosebleeds, you need to sit down and tilt the nose down to stop the bleeding.
In severe cases where nothing seems to be working, trying the cold rag along with applying pressure and tipping your head back. Most importantly try to stay come or keep your child calm and relax! Stressing out can actually cause more blood flow to your nose!
Any severe nose bleed, that lasts more than 15 minutes should warrant a visit to the local Emergency Room or doctors office. Doctor may prefer Cauterization, this process involves using a special solution called silver nitrate or an electrical or heating device to burn the artery so that it stops bleeding.
Pinch your nose just below the bridge. There is a vein just below the nose bone that is the culprit in 99% of bloody noses. Pinching puts pressure on it, which arrests the bleeding and speeds the clotting process.
And on a final note, you should always consult your doctor if your nose bleeds consistently, or if you are unable to stop it from bleeding. You should also contact your doctor if you begin to bleed from your tear ducts, the nosebleed is the result of an injury, or if you have blood running down from both nostrils.

The Difference Of An Adhd Child
ADHD or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is also known as ADD. An ADHD child usually manifest it’s symptoms during pre-school years. This condition had been affecting almost 3 to 5% of children worldwide. Generally the symptoms start to show before seven years of age. If left untreated, an ADHD child may suffer the unrelenting and persistent effects that can get in the way of learning.
The inability to be able get the most out of education is called as learning disability and this is just one effect of ADHD. As an ADHD child gets older, they may also have difficulty to fulfill full potential at work as well as difficulty in establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationship.
